Your course
Your purchase includes six written lessons, examples, exercises, and a downloadable text workbook. Work at your own pace in your Corkly account. You need an email address, internet access, and a current web browser.
The course is designed for adult beginners. You can complete every lesson with fictional examples. Wine is optional and purchased separately. If you use wine, follow your local drinking-age rules. The course does not provide an accredited qualification or personal instruction from a human teacher.
The total price, including any applicable tax, appears before you pay. Course access starts when payment succeeds.
AI practice
Your purchase includes 200 AI practice requests to use within 90 days of successful payment. Lesson coaching and other included AI practice share that allowance. Your account shows the remaining requests and end date.
A request counts when accepted for AI processing, even if processing fails. Automatic retries of that request do not use another request. Reading lessons, saving your own notes, and downloading the workbook use none.
AI can make mistakes and cannot taste your glass. It uses the information you provide. Asking the coach never changes your written exercise. To keep an insight, add it to your reflection. The lesson exchange clears when you leave that step.
Included AI access ends when the 90 days or the allowance runs out. The course does not automatically renew. You can separately choose continued AI access. An existing subscription keeps its own terms.
Keeping your work
Your purchased lessons and written notes remain accessible after included AI practice ends. Download the workbook to keep a copy on your own device. This purchase does not promise permanent online hosting or future courses.
You may save and print the course materials for your own personal learning. You may not resell or distribute them. Your original tasting notes and reflections belong to you.
Refunds
New purchases do not include a voluntary money-back guarantee. Try the free sample lesson before buying. Changing your mind or completing the course does not qualify for a refund under this policy, unless the law gives you that right.
Your legal rights remain in place, including any right to cancel and remedies for content that is faulty or not as described. We will provide a refund if we cannot deliver the course you purchased.
If you cannot access your purchase, were charged twice, or need to exercise a legal right, email estebanwesson@gmail.com. Include your account email and, if available, your payment reference. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
After a full refund, online access to that course and its included AI ends. You can still download your own saved written work. Permission to use the purchased teaching materials ends with the refund. Separately purchased subscriptions are unaffected.
Purchases under the earlier refund guarantee
If your purchase or checkout offered our earlier 14-day full-refund guarantee, we will honor it. Email us within 14 days after the day of payment. No reason is required, even if you opened lessons or used AI practice. We return the full amount paid, including tax collected, without deducting fees for lessons or AI already used.
Your account
The purchase is for one learner and belongs to the account used at checkout. Keep your sign-in details private. Contact us if you paid through the wrong account or cannot open your course.
AI practice is optional. Our privacy policy explains what course information is sent to OpenAI and what Corkly saves.
Your rights
These course terms describe this purchase alongside Corkly’s general terms. The course access, personal-use permission, and refund terms take priority for Wine Confidence where they differ from the general terms.
Nothing here removes consumer rights that apply by law, including any longer cancellation period or remedy for a faulty digital product. Later changes to the offer do not reduce the access or refund rights promised with your purchase.
